Questions

Is it a real app?

Yes. It installs to your home screen, opens full screen, and sends notifications like any other app. It's a web app, so it installs straight from here instead of an app store.

Why isn't it in the App Store?

App stores don't allow everything Lucid Rooms offers adults, and we won't ship a watered-down version. Installing from here gives you the full experience, and it updates itself.

Does it cost anything?

No. Installing is free. Your plan is the same in the app and in the browser.

I don't get notifications on iPhone.

On iPhone, notifications only work from the home-screen icon, not a Safari tab. Open Lucid from the icon, then turn them on under More → Home Screen & notifications in your room.
